स्नात्वार्णवमहीतोये तस्य स्यान्मनसेप्सितम् । कार्तिके च चतुर्द्देश्यां कृष्णायां श्रद्धयान्वितः

Transliteration

snātvārṇavamahītoye tasya syānmanasepsitam | kārtike ca caturddeśyāṃ kṛṣṇāyāṃ śraddhayānvitaḥ

Translation

Sesudah mandi di air lautan dan air suci bumi, hasrat yang diidamkan di hati akan tertunai—terutama pada bulan Kārttika, pada hari keempat belas paruh gelap (Kṛṣṇa-pakṣa), apabila dilakukan dengan penuh śraddhā (iman).
