हिमवद्धिमकूटांतः खण्डं किंपुरुषं स्मृतम् । हिमाद्रिजलधेरन्तर्नाभि खण्डमिति स्मृतम्
himavaddhimakūṭāṃtaḥ khaṇḍaṃ kiṃpuruṣaṃ smṛtam | himādrijaladherantarnābhi khaṇḍamiti smṛtam
Dari Himavat hingga Hemakūṭa, wilayah itu dikenang sebagai Kimpuruṣa. Dan di antara banjaran Himālaya dan lautan, terbentang daerah yang diingati sebagai Nābhikhaṇḍa.
