ततः समस्तमुद्वृत्तं ततोदृस्यत तारकः । एकतस्तारको दैत्यः सुरसंघास्तथैकतः
tataḥ samastamudvṛttaṃ tatodṛsyata tārakaḥ | ekatastārako daityaḥ surasaṃghāstathaikataḥ
Kemudian segala-galanya bergoncang dalam kekacauan; lalu Tāraka pun kelihatan—di satu pihak berdiri Tāraka si Daitya, dan di pihak yang lain berhimpun bala tentera para dewa.
