ब्रह्मोवाच । ददामि सर्वकामांस्ते उत्तिष्ठ दितिनन्दन । एवमुक्तस्तदोत्थाय दैत्येंद्रस्तपसो निधिः । उवाच प्रांजलिर्वाक्यं सर्वलोकपितामहम्
brahmovāca | dadāmi sarvakāmāṃste uttiṣṭha ditinandana | evamuktastadotthāya daityeṃdrastapaso nidhiḥ | uvāca prāṃjalirvākyaṃ sarvalokapitāmaham
Brahmā bersabda: “Aku kurniakan kepadamu segala anugerah yang engkau kehendaki; bangkitlah, wahai putera Diti.” Setelah demikian diucapkan, raja para Daitya—khazanah tapa—pun berdiri, lalu dengan tangan beranjali berkata kepada Pitāmaha, Bapa segala alam.
