अर्जुन उवाच । अत्याश्चर्यमयी रम्या कथेयं पापनाशिनी । विस्तरेण च मे ब्रूहि याथातथ्येन नारद
arjuna uvāca | atyāścaryamayī ramyā katheyaṃ pāpanāśinī | vistareṇa ca me brūhi yāthātathyena nārada
Arjuna berkata: Kisah ini sungguh amat menakjubkan, indah mempesona, serta memusnahkan dosa. Wahai Nārada, ceritakanlah kepadaku dengan terperinci, tepat sebagaimana ia berlaku.
