Skanda Purana — Avanti Khanda, Shloka 34

साहं पोतमिमं तुभ्यं गृहीत्वा ह्यागता द्विज । न ह्यस्य पोतस्य क्षयो यत्र तिष्ठति शंकरः

sāhaṃ potamimaṃ tubhyaṃ gṛhītvā hyāgatā dvija | na hyasya potasya kṣayo yatra tiṣṭhati śaṃkaraḥ

Oleh itu, wahai dvija (brahmana), aku datang kepadamu dengan membawa perahu ini. Perahu ini tidak binasa, kerana di tempat ia berdiri, Śaṅkara bersemayam.
