Samhita Patha (Devanagari) दे॒वं ब॒र्हिरिन्द्र॑ᳪ सुदे॒वं दे॒वैर्वी॒रव॑त्स्ती॒र्णं वेद्या॑मवर्धयत् । वस्तो॑र्वृ॒तं प्राक्तोर्भृ॒तᳪ रा॒या ब॒र्हिष्म॒तोऽत्य॑गाद्वसु॒वने॑ वसु॒धेय॑स्य वेतु॒ यज॑
Transliteration deváṃ bárhir índraṃ sudeváṃ deváir vīrávat stīrṇáṃ vedyā́m avardhayat | vástor vṛtáṃ prāktór bhṛtáṃ rāyā́ barhiṣmáto ’ty agād vasuváne vasudhেয়asya vetu yája
Translation Barhis yang ilahi—bagi Indra, sang dewa yang mulia—terhampar di atas vedi (altar); bersama para dewa, bersama para pahlawan, ia telah bertambah. Kediaman telah dipagari; bahagian depan telah dipikul; sang pemilik Barhis telah melampaui dengan kekayaan. Dalam perolehan harta, demi perolehan simpanan—semoga ia mencapainya; berkorbanlah!
