FAQs

It frames many sufferings—especially recurring ailments like fever and “knot-like” disorders—as adhyātmika bādhas (inner obstacles), implying that purification of the inner being through devotion and right worship supports both spiritual steadiness and well-being.

Within Shaiva practice, honoring all deities is understood as honoring them as powers functioning under the Lord; worship centered on the Shiva-Linga (Saguna Shiva as the accessible form) harmonizes these powers and removes impediments that disturb sādhana.

Perform regular devapūjā with a Shaiva center—Shiva-Linga worship, japa of the Panchākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), and purity disciplines such as bhasma (tripuṇḍra) and Rudrākṣa—aimed at calming inner disturbance that manifests as bādhas.
