एवमाद्यैर्नरः पापैरुत्क्रांतिसमनंतरम् । शरीरयातनार्थाय सर्वाकारमवाप्नुयात्
evamādyairnaraḥ pāpairutkrāṃtisamanaṃtaram | śarīrayātanārthāya sarvākāramavāpnuyāt
Maka demikianlah, oleh dosa-dosa seperti itu dan yang seumpamanya, seseorang—sejurus selepas berpisah daripada jasad—mengambil segala macam rupa, semata-mata untuk menanggung siksaan jasmani sebagai buah perbuatannya.

It emphasizes karma as a binding pāśa: sinful actions propel the jīva into varied embodiments meant for experiencing the corresponding suffering, until purification and turning toward Śiva as Pati (the Liberator).
By highlighting the pain of karmic bondage, it indirectly urges refuge in Saguna Śiva through Linga-worship, devotion, and repentance—means taught in the Purana for cleansing pāpa and redirecting the soul toward grace.
A practical takeaway is to adopt Śiva-oriented expiation and steadiness: daily Panchakshara japa (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with Tripuṇḍra (bhasma) and sincere bhakti to reduce pāpa and loosen bondage.
