पिप्पलादावतारकथनम्
Account of the Pippalāda Avatāra
अथ गां सुरभिं शक्र आहूयाशु ह्यलेहयत् । अस्त्रनिर्मितये त्वाष्ट्रं निदि देश तदस्थिभिः
atha gāṃ surabhiṃ śakra āhūyāśu hyalehayat | astranirmitaye tvāṣṭraṃ nidi deśa tadasthibhiḥ
Kemudian Śakra (Indra) segera memanggil Surabhī, lembu ilahi, lalu menyuruhnya menjilat sisa-sisa itu. Dengan tulang-tulang itulah baginda memerintahkan Tvaṣṭṛ membentuk sebuah senjata, agar misil ilahi dapat ditempa.
