Sūta Gosvāmin (narrating to the sages of Naimiṣāraṇya)
Tattva Level: pasha
Shakti Form: Pārvatī
Role: protective
It highlights Śakti as the active guardian of dharma: wrongdoing is not merely condemned but is swiftly checked through divine yogic agency, affirming that Shiva’s cosmic order protects the vulnerable.
Though the liṅga is not named here, the episode reinforces Saguna Shiva’s governance through Shiva-Śakti: devotion is inseparable from ethical purity and reverence for the sanctity upheld by the divine household.
A practical takeaway is sense-restraint and japa aligned with purity—especially the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya)—while meditating on Shiva-Śakti as the force that stabilizes one’s conduct and protects dharma.
