ब्राह्मणेभ्यो धनं दत्त्वा कारयामास मंगलम् । द्रुतं चकार शृंगारं ज्ञात्वाऽऽयातं निजं पतिम्

Setelah mengurniakan harta sebagai sedekah kepada para brāhmaṇa, baginda wanita itu menyuruh dilaksanakan upacara-upacara yang membawa keberkatan. Kemudian, setelah mengetahui suaminya sendiri telah tiba, segera ia berhias dan memperindah diri.
