एतदर्थे हि मद्रूपः परिपूर्णतमः प्रभुः । कैलासे भक्तवशतस्संतिष्ठति गिरौ हरे
etadarthe hi madrūpaḥ paripūrṇatamaḥ prabhuḥ | kailāse bhaktavaśatassaṃtiṣṭhati girau hare
Sesungguhnya, demi tujuan inilah Tuhan Yang Maha Tinggi—yang paling sempurna penuh dan sehakikat dengan rupaku—bersemayam di Gunung Kailāsa, wahai Hari, digerakkan oleh bhakti dan berada di bawah naungan kasih para bhakta-Nya.

Sthala Purana: The verse situates the Supreme Lord’s accessible presence at Kailāsa: He ‘abides’ there out of bhakta-vaśyatā (being won by devotion), making the transcendent Pati approachable to paśus through grace.
Significance: Darśana of the Lord as ‘bhakta-vaśa’ strengthens śaraṇāgati (surrender) and is framed as a direct doorway to anugraha (liberating grace).
It highlights bhakta-vaśyatā: though Shiva is the supremely complete Lord, He voluntarily becomes accessible through devotion, abiding in a known sacred abode (Kailāsa) for the sake of devotees’ upliftment and grace.
By affirming Shiva’s compassionate, approachable presence (Saguna) for devotees, it supports concrete worship—such as Linga-pūjā—where the transcendent Lord is reverently encountered through a form and abode sanctified by devotion.
Cultivate bhakti-centered remembrance: mentally dwell on Kailāsa and Shiva’s presence while repeating the Panchākṣarī mantra “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” offering simple devotion (water, bilva) with the attitude that the Lord responds to sincere surrender.
