भूतत्रिपुरधर्मवर्णनम् (Description of the Dharma/Conduct of the Bhūta-Tripura) — Chapter 3

विचार्येत्थं ततस्तेषां भगवान्पुरुषोत्तमः । कर्तुं व्यवस्थितः पश्चाद्धर्मविघ्नं सुरारिणाम्

vicāryetthaṃ tatasteṣāṃ bhagavānpuruṣottamaḥ | kartuṃ vyavasthitaḥ paścāddharmavighnaṃ surāriṇām

Setelah merenung demikian, Bhagavān Puruṣottama pun berketetapan untuk menimbulkan halangan terhadap dharma musuh para dewa, agar kekuatan adharma mereka dapat dibendung.
