देवगंधर्वसिद्धौघान् सर्पराक्षसमानुषान् । स्वपुरे नागरान्कृत्वा शशास भुवनत्रयम्

Transliteration

devagaṃdharvasiddhaughān sarparākṣasamānuṣān | svapure nāgarānkṛtvā śaśāsa bhuvanatrayam

Translation

Dengan menjadikan rombongan Deva, Gandharva dan Siddha—serta para Nāga, Rākṣasa dan manusia—sebagai warga di kotanya sendiri, dia memerintah tiga alam.
