शिवतत्त्ववर्णनम् (Śiva-tattva-varṇana) — “Description/Exposition of the Principle of Śiva”

It highlights that liberating knowledge is transmitted through grace (kṛpā) and right succession—true jñāna is not merely intellectual, but a divinely bestowed means toward moksha under the Lord’s guidance.
Though Hari is mentioned, the Sṛṣṭikhaṇḍa context frames knowledge as arising from the Supreme Lord’s compassion; in Shaiva practice this culminates in approaching Saguna Shiva—often through Linga worship—as a concrete support for receiving and stabilizing that jñāna.
A key takeaway is guru-bhakti and grace-oriented sādhanā: daily japa of the Panchākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with inner contemplation, supported by Shiva-pūjā (including bhasma and rudrākṣa where appropriate) to make oneself fit for jñāna.
