It declares Satī/Māheśvarī as the ever-worshipped Śakti whose grace ripens bhakti into sarva-maṅgala—complete auspiciousness—showing that divine well-being flows from devoted reverence to Śiva-Śakti.
In the Shiva Purana’s saguna framework, worship of Śiva (often through the Liṅga) is traditionally performed along with honoring his Śakti; the verse highlights Māheśvarī as the benevolent, blessing-giving presence that supports and completes Śiva’s worship for devotees.
The practical takeaway is nitya-arcana (daily worship): offer simple pūjā with devotion—reciting the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” and, if following Shaiva custom, applying bhasma (tripuṇḍra) and using rudrākṣa as aids to steady bhakti.
