Nārada and Himālaya: Discourse on Pārvatī’s Signs and Destiny
इति स श्रूयते नित्यं किंनराणां मुखान्मुने । इहागतानां सुप्रीत्या किन्तन्मिथ्या वचो धुवम्
iti sa śrūyate nityaṃ kiṃnarāṇāṃ mukhānmune | ihāgatānāṃ suprītyā kintanmithyā vaco dhuvam
“Wahai muni, demikianlah yang sentiasa didengar dari mulut para Kiṃnara. Namun bagi mereka yang datang ke sini dengan niat baik yang tulus, bagaimana mungkin kata-kata itu palsu? Sesungguhnya, ucapan itu pasti benar.”

Tattva Level: pashu
It affirms that sacred testimony (śruti-like report) and truthful divine speech become spiritually effective when approached with suprīti—sincere devotion and goodwill—supporting the Shaiva view that grace responds to genuine bhakti.
In Saguna Shiva worship, the devotee relies on assured scriptural promises (phalaśruti). This verse reinforces trust (śraddhā) that such words are not ‘mithyā’ for sincere pilgrims or worshippers who approach Shiva’s presence—often symbolized by the Liṅga—with devotion.
Cultivate śraddhā and truthfulness while performing Shiva-upāsanā—such as japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and reverent pilgrimage or darśana—holding the conviction that scriptural assurances bear fruit for the sincerely devoted.
