Role: creative
It highlights kāla (divinely ordered time) as the instrument through which sacred destinies unfold—Menā’s conception becomes the visible beginning of a higher, Shiva-oriented purpose manifesting in the world.
Though the verse is narrative, it supports Saguna Shiva theology: the Lord’s grace and cosmic intention appear through embodied events, preparing the ground for devotion and worship that will later culminate in Shiva-centered tapas and union.
The implied takeaway is reverence for kāla through daily disciplined worship—japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and steady vrata-like routine—since the verse emphasizes growth “day by day” through ordered time.
