यद्वै पुरोक्तं च तया पार्वत्या मम तत्र च । ततोधिकं प्रपश्यामि सौन्दर्य्यं परमेशितुः
yadvai puroktaṃ ca tayā pārvatyā mama tatra ca | tatodhikaṃ prapaśyāmi saundaryyaṃ parameśituḥ
Apa pun yang pernah Pārvatī katakan kepadaku tentang Dia—kini aku melihatnya sendiri, dan aku menyaksikan bahawa keindahan Tuhan Yang Maha Agung itu jauh melampaui segala gambaran.
Lord Shiva

It teaches that scriptural and devotional descriptions inspire the seeker, but direct divine realization (darśana/anubhava) reveals Parameśvara’s auspicious glory as surpassing all words—affirming bhakti ripening into lived spiritual experience.
The verse supports Saguna-upāsanā: through devotion and contemplation, the devotee’s understanding matures from hearing (śravaṇa) to direct perception of Shiva’s auspicious form and presence—often approached in the Purāṇa through Liṅga worship as a concrete focus for devotion.
Practice śravaṇa and manana of Shiva-kathā, then steady upāsanā—such as japa of the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” worship with vibhūti (tripuṇḍra) and rudrākṣa—so that devotion culminates in inner clarity and experiential ‘seeing’ of Shiva’s grace.
