मेनायाः क्रोध-विलापः — Menā’s Lament and Reproach
to the Sage
न माता न पिता भ्राता न बन्धुर्गोत्रजोऽपि हि । नो सुरूपं न चातुर्य्यं न गुहं वास्य किंचन
na mātā na pitā bhrātā na bandhurgotrajo'pi hi | no surūpaṃ na cāturyyaṃ na guhaṃ vāsya kiṃcana
Dia tidak mempunyai ibu, tidak mempunyai bapa, tidak mempunyai saudara lelaki, dan tiada juga kerabat seketurunan. Tiada rupa yang elok, tiada kecerdikan, dan tiada sedikit pun kelebihan tersembunyi padanya.
