मेनायाः क्रोध-विलापः — Menā’s Lament and Reproach
to the Sage
ये तत्र ऋषयस्तात त्वदाद्याश्चापरे मुने । तद्धस्तात्ताम्परिच्छिद्य नित्युर्दूरतरं ततः
ye tatra ṛṣayastāta tvadādyāścāpare mune | taddhastāttāmparicchidya nityurdūrataraṃ tataḥ
“Wahai yang dikasihi, para Ṛṣi yang berada di sana—bermula daripadamu dan yang lain juga, wahai Muni—setelah mengambilnya dari tangan lelaki itu dan menempatkannya di bawah perlindungan mereka, lalu berundur jauh dari tempat itu.”

Though not directly about the Liṅga, it supports Saguna Shiva’s world-order: devotees and sages uphold dharma in the manifest realm, mirroring Shiva’s protective governance (anugraha) over beings.
