It presents an auspicious gathering around Himālaya’s household, indicating that supportive forces of dharma assemble when the divine narrative of Śiva–Pārvatī unfolds—an outer sign of inner readiness for bhakti and grace.
Though the verse is narrative, it frames the sacred environment in which devotion to Saguna Śiva matures; such accounts in the Rudra Saṃhitā prepare the mind for reverent worship, where the Lord is approached through form (liṅga/manifest līlā) leading toward higher realization.
Take it as a cue for śubha-saṅga: begin worship with a joyful, purified mind—apply tripuṇḍra (bhasma), chant the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” and cultivate sattvic companionship before japa or pūjā.
