The verse portrays universal auspiciousness—prosperity and sacred beauty manifesting everywhere—indicating the rise of divine grace (śiva-anugraha) in the environment when a holy event connected with Shiva’s līlā is unfolding.
Such descriptions highlight Saguna Shiva’s accessible presence in the world: when devotion and dharma intensify, outer signs of harmony and auspiciousness mirror the inner sanctification that Linga-worship aims to awaken—purity, order, and receptivity to Shiva’s blessing.
A practical takeaway is to cultivate auspicious surroundings for Shiva worship—cleanliness, simple decoration, and mantra-japa (especially the Pañcākṣarī, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”)—so the home becomes a fit space for devotion and contemplation.
