हरिर्मया सुदीनोक्त्या सुविज्ञप्तं चकार ह । संस्मरन्मनसा शंभुं भक्त्या परमयान्वितः
harirmayā sudīnoktyā suvijñaptaṃ cakāra ha | saṃsmaranmanasā śaṃbhuṃ bhaktyā paramayānvitaḥ
Hari (Viṣṇu), setelah dimaklumkan dengan tepat melalui kata-kataku yang rendah hati, bertindak sebagaimana sewajarnya; dan dengan minda sentiasa mengingati Śambhu (Śiva), baginda dipenuhi bhakti yang tertinggi.

It highlights that true spiritual efficacy comes from śaraṇāgati and bhakti—when the mind continually remembers Śambhu, even great beings act in alignment with dharma and move toward Shiva’s grace (anugraha), the liberating power emphasized in Shaiva Siddhanta.
The verse points to inner worship: remembrance of Śambhu with supreme devotion. In practice, this supports Saguna Shiva worship—Linga pūjā accompanied by manasika smaraṇa—where the external rite is fulfilled by inward concentration on Shiva as the compassionate Lord.
Mental smaraṇa and japa: steady remembrance of Shiva while performing one’s duties. A simple takeaway is to combine Linga darśana or daily worship with silent repetition of the Panchākṣarī ("Om Namaḥ Śivāya") in the mind.
