Brahmā bersabda: Setelah mendengar kata-kata itu, tiga insan yang suci itu menjadi sangat gentar. Lalu mereka tersungkur di kaki baginda, menundukkan kepala dengan hormat, dan berkata serentak.

It highlights śaraṇāgati (surrender): when the mind is shaken by awe or fear, taking refuge at the feet of the divine and speaking with humility becomes the doorway to grace.
Though the verse does not mention the Liṅga directly, it reflects Saguna-bhakti in practice—approaching the Lord personally, bowing at his feet, and seeking protection and guidance, which is central to Shiva Purana devotion.
A practical takeaway is namaskāra with inner surrender: bowing (or mentally prostrating) before Shiva, then reciting a Shiva mantra such as the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya” with a humble, prayerful intention.
