चाण्डालीसद्गतिवर्णनम् (Cāṇḍālī-sadgati-varṇanam) — “Account of the Cāṇḍālī’s Attainment of a Good Destiny”
सा मुहूर्तं शिवं ध्यात्वामिषभोजनलालसा । छित्त्वा तमेव गोवत्सं चकाराहारमीप्सितम्
sā muhūrtaṃ śivaṃ dhyātvāmiṣabhojanalālasā | chittvā tameva govatsaṃ cakārāhāramīpsitam
Kerana mengidam untuk memakan daging, dia bermeditasi kepada Tuhan Śiva seketika; kemudian dia memotong anak lembu itu sendiri dan menyediakan makanan yang diingininya.
