सूत उवाच । तद्वचश्च तदा श्रुत्वा ऋषिपत्नी तपस्विनी । प्रत्युवाच वचः प्रीत्या स्वयं सुचकिता द्विजाः
sūta uvāca | tadvacaśca tadā śrutvā ṛṣipatnī tapasvinī | pratyuvāca vacaḥ prītyā svayaṃ sucakitā dvijāḥ
Sūta berkata: Setelah mendengar kata-kata itu, isteri pertapa kepada sang resi—yang turut terkejut—menjawab dengan penuh kasih, menyapa para dwija (Brahmana).
