जगाम तत्र सुप्रीत्या ह्योंकारो यत्र वै स्वयम् । चकार च पुनस्तत्र शिवमूर्तिश्च पार्थिवीम्
jagāma tatra suprītyā hyoṃkāro yatra vai svayam | cakāra ca punastatra śivamūrtiśca pārthivīm
Dengan sukacita yang besar, Oṃkāra pergi ke tempat di mana dirinya sendiri nyata termanifestasi. Di sana sekali lagi dia membentuk arca Śiva daripada tanah.

Sthala Purana: Oṃkāra proceeds joyfully to the place of his own manifestation and fashions a pārthiva (earthen) Śiva-mūrti/liṅga, establishing worship at the sacred Narmadā site that becomes renowned as Oṃkāreśvara.

It affirms that devotion (prīti) naturally moves the seeker toward the manifested presence of Śiva, and that shaping an earthen Śiva-form is a valid Saguna aid for concentrating the mind and offering loving worship to Pati (Lord Śiva).
By stating that Oṃkāra makes a pārthiva (earthen) Śiva-mūrti, the verse highlights a classical Shaiva practice: using a tangible form—often a clay liṅga or icon—as a focus for pūjā, through which the formless Lord is approached in a worshipable form.
Pārthiva-śiva-pūjā (making and worshiping a clay Śiva-form/liṅga) along with Oṃkāra remembrance—practically paired with japa of “Om Namaḥ Śivāya” and simple offerings (water, bilva leaves) in a devotional, concentrated mind-state.
