यश्छन्दसामृषभ इत्यनुवाकमुपक्रमात् । गोपायांतं जपन्पश्चादुत्थितोहमितीरयेत्

Bermula daripada anuvāka yang diawali dengan kata “yaś chandasām ṛṣabhaḥ”, dan diteruskan hingga bahagian yang berakhir dengan “gopāyā”, hendaklah ia melafazkannya dalam japa; kemudian, setelah bangkit dari tempat duduk, hendaklah ia mengucap: “Aku telah bangkit.”
