इन्द्रजित्–लक्ष्मणयोर् घोरः शरयुद्धः
Indrajit and Lakshmana’s Fierce Exchange of Arrows
युवांखलुमहायुद्धेशक्रानिसमैश्शरैः ।शायितौप्रथमंभूमौविसंज्ञौसपुरस्सरौ ।।6.89.10।।
yuvāṃ khalu mahāyuddhe śakrānisamaiś śaraiḥ |
śāyitau prathamaṃ bhūmau visaṃjñau sapuras sarau ||
“Sesungguhnya, dalam peperangan besar itu dahulu, kamu berdua yang mula-mula rebah ke bumi, tidak sedarkan diri, bersama para pengiringmu, dipanah oleh anak panahku—bagaikan halilintar Indra.”
