Transliteration

ghanagajamahiṣāṅga-tulyavarṇāḥ samaramukheṣv asakṛd gadāsibhinnāḥ |

aham aham iti yuddhakauśalās te rajanīcarāḥ paribabhramur nadantaḥ ||

Translation

Para pahlawan pengembara malam itu—berwarna gelap seperti awan ribut, seperti gajah dan kerbau—mahir dalam perang; meski berulang kali terbelah oleh gada dan pedang, mereka tetap berkeliaran sambil mengaum, berseru, “Aku! Aku!”
