"Having gained Janasthana and crossing the ocean which is impossible knowing about my whereabouts and getting me is impossible since the brothers have been killed by the maya of Indrajith whose footprints are like a cow's hoof."
It highlights that dharmic effort can be immense—searching, learning, crossing impossible obstacles—yet adharma may still attempt victory through deception; the Ramayana teaches endurance and commitment to truth beyond appearances.
Sītā, believing the staged sight, recalls the extraordinary journey and efforts undertaken for her rescue and laments that the brothers seem to have fallen to a ‘small’ trick.
Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa’s perseverance and courage (as remembered by Sītā), and Sītā’s gratitude and emotional truthfulness in recounting their sacrifices.
