Sītā’s Lament over the Illusory Head and Bow
सात्वांसुप्तंहतंश्रुत्वामांचरक्षोगृहंगताम् ।हृदयेनविदीर्णेननभविष्यतिराघव ।।6.32.27।।
sā tvāṃ suptaṃ hataṃ śrutvā māṃ ca rakṣo-gṛhaṃ gatām |
hṛdayena vidīrṇena na bhaviṣyati rāghava ||6.32.27||
Wahai Raghava, mendengar bahawa kanda terbunuh ketika tidur dan dinda dibawa ke rumah Raksasa, bonda tidak akan bertahan dengan hati yang hancur.
"Raghava! Hearing that you were killed while asleep and I was taken to the home of Rakshasas, Kausalya will not be able to survive with a broken heart."
