यंत्वेनमभिसम्रब्धंप्लवमानमिवस्थितम् ।प्रेक्षन्तेवानरास्सर्वेस्थितायूथपयूथपम् ।।।।एषराजन् सहस्राक्षंपर्युपास्तेहरीश्वरः ।बलेनबलसम्पन्नोदम्भोनामैषयूथपः ।।।।
yaṃ tv enam abhisaṃrabdhaṃ plavamānam iva sthitam | prekṣante vānarāḥ sarve sthitaṃ yūthapa-yūthapam ||
eṣa rājan sahasrākṣaṃ paryupāste harīśvaraḥ | balena bala-sampanno dambho nāmaiṣa yūthapaḥ ||
Semua Vānara memandangnya—panglima di atas para panglima—sama ada dia berdiri teguh atau melompat-lompat dengan amarah seakan sedang melayang. Wahai Raja, penguasa kera ini dikelilingi bala yang perkasa, bagaikan Sahasrākṣa (Indra) dikelilingi pasukannya; ketua pasukan ini bernama Dambha.
