यस्तुगैरिकवर्णाभंवपुःपुष्यतिवानरः ।अवमत्यसदासर्वान्वानरान्बलदर्पितान् ।।।।गवयोनामतेजस्वीत्वांक्रोधादभिवर्तते ।
yas tu gairika-varṇābhaṁ vapuḥ puṣyati vānaraḥ |
avamatya sadā sarvān vānarān bala-darpitān ||
gavayo nāma tejasvī tvāṁ krodhād abhivartate ||6.26.46||
Dan Vanara yang bertubuh berwarna oker itu, yang sentiasa memandang rendah semua Vanara lain yang mabuk dengan kekuatan—dialah Gavaya yang bercahaya, mara ke arahmu dalam amarah.
"He who is of an orange colour body of hand some form, who nourishes it ever and who is proud of his strength, a glorious one known as Gava ya is coming towards you angrily with disregard for Vanaras."
