सीतासमीपगमनम् / Sītā Brought Near to Rāma

ततस्सीतांमहाभागांदृष्टवोवाचविभीषणः ।मूर्ध्निबद्धाञ्जलिश्रीमान्विनीतोराक्षसेश्वरः ।।।।
tataḥ sītāṃ mahābhāgāṃ dṛṣṭvovāca vibhīṣaṇaḥ | mūrdhni baddhāñjaliḥ śrīmān vinīto rākṣaseśvaraḥ ||
Maka tatkala melihat Sītā yang amat mulia, Vibhīṣaṇa—penguasa Rākṣasa yang gemilang—berkata dengan penuh tawaduk, kedua telapak tangan dirapatkan dan diangkat ke ubun-ubun sebagai sembah hormat.
Then Vibheeshana, the prosperous Lord of the Rakshasas seeing Sita greeted her with palms joined together lifted it over his head (as a sign of respect).
