रावण–रामयुद्धप्रारम्भः
The Intensification of the Rama–Ravana Duel
तेमहामेघसङ्काशेकवचेपतिताःशराः ।।6.100.37।।अवध्येराक्षसेन्द्रस्य न व्यथांजनयंस्तदा ।
te mahāmegha-saṅkāśe kavace patitāḥ śarāḥ | avadhye rākṣasendrasya na vyathāṃ janayaṃs tadā ||6.100.37||
Namun anak-anak panah itu jatuh pada zirah raja rākṣasa yang laksana mega besar, kebal ditembusi; ketika itu ia tidak menimbulkan sebarang kesakitan.
Fallen on the impenetrable shield of Ravana, those arrows did not inflict any pain.
