रावण–रामयुद्धप्रारम्भः
The Intensification of the Rama–Ravana Duel
अभ्यतिक्रम्यसौमित्रिंरावणःसमितिञ्जयः ।आससादरणेरामंस्थितंशैलमिवापरम् ।।6.100.21।।
abhyatikramya saumitriṃ rāvaṇaḥ samitiñjayaḥ |
āsasāda raṇe rāmaṃ sthitaṃ śailam ivāparam ||6.100.21||
Rāvaṇa, yang termasyhur sebagai penakluk di medan perang, melangkaui Saumitrī (Lakṣmaṇa) lalu mara menuju Rāma, yang teguh berdiri dalam pertempuran bagaikan sebuah gunung yang lain.
