स च देवर्षिभिर्दिष्टः पिता मम महाकपिः।तीर्थे नदीपतेः पुण्ये शम्बसादनमुद्धरत्।।।।
sa ca devarṣibhir diṣṭaḥ pitā mama mahākapiḥ | tīrthe nadīpateḥ puṇye śambasādanam uddharat ||
Kera agung itu—yang telah dinyatakan oleh para devarṣi sebagai ayahku—di sebuah tirta suci dekat Penguasa segala sungai (lautan), telah mengangkat daratan dan menundukkan Śambasādana.
"He (Kesari) is said to be my father by the divine sages. He retrieved a piece of land in a holy spot of that sea shore and killed Sambasadana, a demon who was oppressing righteous people.
