Transliteration

evam uktas tu sugrīvo rāmeṇārtena vānaraḥ | abravīt prāñjalir vākyaṃ sabāṣpaṃ bāṣpagadgadaḥ || 4.7.1 ||

Translation

Setelah ditegur demikian oleh Rāma yang sedang berdukacita, Sugrīva, sang vānara, menjawab dengan tangan dirapatkan; kata-katanya berair mata dan suaranya tersekat-sekat oleh haru.
