शरत्प्रवेशे रामविलापः तथा सुग्रीवप्रमादे लक्ष्मणप्रेषणम्

Autumn’s Onset: Rama’s Lament and Lakshmana Sent to Sugriva

सम्प्रत्यनेकाश्रय चित्रशोभालक्ष्मीश्शरत्कालगुणोपनीता।सूर्याग्रहस्तप्रतिबोधितेषुपद्माकरेष्वभ्यधिकं विभाति।।

sampraty anekāśraya-citra-śobhā

lakṣmīḥ śaratkāla-guṇopanītā |

sūryāgra-hasta-pratibodhitēṣu

padmākareṣv abhyadhikaṃ vibhāti ||

Kini, keindahan beraneka rupa yang berwarna-warni, dibawa oleh sifat-sifat musim luruh, tampak bersinar lebih cemerlang—laksana Dewi Lakṣmī sendiri—di telaga-telaga teratai yang terjaga oleh sinar utama Sang Surya.
