Tara’s Lament and Counsel after Vali’s Fall
अवष्टभ्य च तिष्ठन्तं ददर्श धनुरुत्तम्।।रामं रामानुजं चैव भर्तुश्चैवानुजं शुभा।
avaṣṭabhya ca tiṣṭhantaṃ dadarśa dhanuruttamam || rāmaṃ rāmānujaṃ caiva bhartuś caivānujaṃ śubhā |
Wanita mulia Tārā melihat Rāma berdiri teguh, bersandar pada busur unggulnya; bersama adik Rāma, dan juga adik kepada suaminya—Sugrīva yang mulia.
Tara, wife of Vali, heard that her husband, tiger among monkeys, was killed in the battle by the arrow discharged by Rama.
