सुग्रीवस्य वैरानुकथनम्
Sugriva’s Account of Enmity and Appeal to Rama
तेनाहमपविद्धश्च हृतदारश्च राघव।तद्भयाच्छ महीकृत्स्ना क्रान्तेयं सवनार्णवा।।
tenāham apaviddhaś ca hṛtadāraś ca rāghava | tadbhayāc ca mahīkṛtsnā krānteyaṃ savanārṇavā ||
Kerana dia, wahai Rāghava, aku telah dibuang dan dirampas isteriku; kerana takut kepadanya, aku mengembara ke seluruh bumi ini—penuh rimba dan dilingkungi lautan.
'O Rama! my wife has been usurped. There is the fear of his attack. So I am roaming this entire earth, covered with forests and oceans.
