The Vision of the Mandākinī at Citrakūṭa
Bathing thrice in your company at the time of prayers and partaking honey, roots and fruits, I do not yearn either for Ayodhya or for the kingdom.
Dharma is mutual support within rightful bonds: Lakṣmaṇa’s service and Sītā’s cooperation uphold a household of righteousness even in exile.
Rāma acknowledges the loyal companionship of Lakṣmaṇa and Sītā as they live together at Citrakūṭa.
Lakṣmaṇa’s devotion and discipline, and Sītā’s supportive steadfastness—both sustain Rāma’s resolve.
