कथं प्रतिज्ञां संश्रुत्य मया त्वमभियोजितः।।3.61.7।।अपूरयित्वा तं कालं मत्सकाशमिहागतः।कामवृत्तमनार्यं मां मृषावादिनमेव च।।3.61.8।।धिक्त्वामिति परे लोके व्यक्तं वक्ष्यति मे पिता।
kathaṃ pratijñāṃ saṃśrutya mayā tvam abhiyojitaḥ || 3.61.7 || apūrayitvā taṃ kālaṃ matsakāśam ihāgataḥ | kāmavṛttam anāryaṃ māṃ mṛṣāvādinam eva ca || 3.61.8 || dhik tvām iti pare loke vyaktaṃ vakṣyati me pitā |
“Bagaimana, setelah engkau menerima janji dan aku menugaskanmu, engkau kembali kepadaku di sini tanpa menyempurnakan waktu yang ditetapkan itu? Di alam sana ayahandaku pasti akan berkata kepadamu dengan jelas: ‘Celakalah engkau! Engkau menjadikan aku seorang yang menurut hawa nafsu, tidak mulia, dan benar-benar pendusta.’”
