Janasthana Battle Climax
ततस्तु तं राक्षससङ्घमर्दनं सभाज्यमानं मुदितैर्महर्षिभिः।पुनः परिष्वज्य शशिप्रभानना बभूव हृष्टा जनकात्मजा तदा।।।।
tatas tu taṃ rākṣasa-saṅgha-mardanaṃ sabhājyamānaṃ muditair maharṣibhiḥ | punaḥ pariṣvajya śaśi-prabhānanā babhūva hṛṣṭā janakātmajā tadā ||
Kemudian puteri Janaka, berwajah bersinar laksana bulan, memeluknya sekali lagi—dia yang telah menghancurkan bala rākṣasa, sedang dihormati oleh para maharṣi yang bersukacita—lalu ia pun dipenuhi kegembiraan.
Sita, daughter of Janaka, was happy to see the demons killed by Rama who himself was unhurt.
Righteous protection is publicly honored, and loving bonds are strengthened when dharma is upheld; social and familial harmony follow the defeat of adharma.
Sītā embraces Rāma again as the sages rejoice and pay him respect, concluding the episode and the sarga.
Rāma’s role as defender of the sages, and Sītā’s affectionate steadfastness aligned with dharmic outcomes.
