Sandhi Resolution Notes: varṇanaṃnāma = वर्णनम् + नाम; ekādaśo'dhyāyaḥ = एकादशः + अध्यायः (visarga sandhi)
It is a colophon—an editorial/narratorial closing line that names the text (Padma Purāṇa), section (Svarga-khaṇḍa), topic (Puṣkara-tīrtha-māhātmya), and chapter number/title.
It indicates the section is devoted to the sacred greatness and religious merits associated with the Puṣkara tīrtha (pilgrimage site).
No character is speaking; it functions as a formal concluding line typically used by compilers/transmitters to mark the end of a chapter.
