The Account of King Bhadreśvara

Sun-worship, healing, and heavenly ascent

एवमेव नृपा विप्रा मुनयश्शंसितव्रताः । ये च क्षत्रादयो वर्णास्सूर स्वर्गं ययुर्द्रुतम्

evameva nṛpā viprā munayaśśaṃsitavratāḥ | ye ca kṣatrādayo varṇāssūra svargaṃ yayurdrutam

Demikianlah, wahai para raja, para brāhmaṇa dan para muni yang dipuji akan nazar-pertapaannya—mereka dari varṇa bermula kṣatriya dan seterusnya, sebagai wira perkasa, segera menuju svarga.
