FAQs

It lists members of the Danava lineage—offspring of Danu—and specifies Suprabhā as Svarbhānu’s daughter and Śacī as Pulomā’s daughter.

Genealogies situate deities, asuras, and celestial figures within interconnected lineages, helping readers track mythic relationships across narratives and cosmological cycles.

Not directly; it functions primarily as a lineage statement. Its broader value is contextual—supporting later stories where these figures and families play roles.
